About the Job
We are looking for a reliable, patient, self sufficient and motivated team player.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reserving/managing airboat tour bookings for the day of or future by phone and in person.
- Answering customer's questions.
- Take cash/credit card transactions throughout the day.
- Using iPad POS system.
- Checking VM and returning phone calls as needed.
- Restocking retail floor.
- Cleaning/restocking bathrooms/retail throughout the day.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
- Team player.
- Problem-solving.
- Time management.
- Friendly attitude.
- Clear communicator.
- Able to multitask.
- Bilingual (a plus but not a requirement).
- Reliable transportation.
